Charli is the program director for community service and civic engagement for the Center for Service and Learning. Her current responsibilities include overseeing several facets of the Sam H. Jones Scholarship program, such as First-Year Service Scholars, Community Service Scholars, Community Service Leaders, and ServiceCorps, as well as supporting student leadership to expand and to implement programs that promote campus involvement in co-curricular community service and community engagement, including campuswide service initiatives. Charli also acts as a liaison to faculty, student organizations, and other campus and community stakeholders regarding co-curricular service initiatives.

Charli holds a Master of Science in higher education and student affairs. She comes to IU Indianapolis from a professional background that includes supporting leadership, service, and civic engagement in higher education and at nonprofit youth and young adult focused organizations.
