The Boone County ReStore is seeking responsible, passionate volunteers to join our team! You don't have to lift a hammer to help build homes. Proceeds from the ReStore go directly to building a house for a Boone County family in need. During your shift at the ReStore you will act as an ambassador of the Habitat ReStore while interacting with donors, shoppers and employees, ensure cleanliness and safety of the store, assist with donation screening and drop-offs, maintain safety within the store and outside area and Habitat ReStore equipment, provide exceptional service to customers, employees and fellow volunteers, assist with daily loading and unloading of purchased and donated items if able, help with processing, organizing and merchandising of donations, and other duties as assigned. Volunteer hours are flexible and will occur during these times: Wednesdays 10-4:30, Thursdays 10-4:30, Fridays 10-5:30, and Saturdays 10-4:30.
