Whalen Heroes is dedicated to giving back to those who give so much by funding service dogs for veterans. Whalens Heroes goal is to improve the mental health and well-being of individuals serving our community. Whalens Heroes will assist with fundraising for the training, successful placement, and support for service animals to show gratitude and support to those individuals who endure countless sacrifices to protect our community. Whalens are looking for someone who can help soliciting sponsorships and donations of silent auction items for our organization. Whalens do several fundraisers a year. You would be reaching out to past sponsors/donors as well as communicating with other potential sponsors/donors that are local. Whalens will work with you to accommodate to your schedule. The anticipated hours is 5-7 per week. Location is flexible.
