This tree planting is sponsored by One Tree Planted in observance of Plant A Tree Day! Join the KIB team in the Christian Park neighborhood to support neighbors in their effort to plant more trees in their community. You will learn how to properly plant a tree and together we will plant 116 native trees. We will work alongside residents from the neighborhood to make an impact in this beautiful neighborhood along George Kessler's Pleasant Run Parkway. PARKING INFO: Volunteers should plan to park at the Christian Park Family Center located at 4125 English Avenue in the park. Your safety at this project is important to us. While we are not restricting group size at this time for volunteer engagements. Wearing masks and physical distancing are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes.
