Summary:

Exodus Refugee is dedicated to the protection of human rights by serving the resettlement needs of refugees and other displaced people fleeing persecution, injustice, and war by welcoming them to Indiana. They provide assistance with legal services, employment, language training & cultural orientation, and programs for women & youth. Volunteers will sort and organize donations in storage and help stuff school supplies in backpacks for newly arrived refugee families. If you wish to attend this event please visit the link below to register. Exodus currently requires that all volunteers must be fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccine card might be asked once you arrive to the site. Volunteers are asked to follow IU Covid-19 policies: https://www.iu.edu/covid/campus-info/events.html Volunteers will be joined by a peer leader who will provide assistance leading up to the day and while on site. Transportation will not be provided for this event.
