Summary:

Domestic Violence Network & Brightwood Community Center are hosting a Community Cookout, "Have a Blast with Brightwood" on Friday, April 28th and we are looking for volunteers for the evening! As a volunteer, you will work a shift sometime between 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Shifts are 1pm-3pm, 3pm-5pm, or 5pm-7pm. Please mark which you prefer on the sign-up sheet! Sign up form is here: https://forms.gle/Bh9t4vgubeb15bwV6 -- ALL VOLUNTEERS WILL GET A FREE T-SHIRT. :) This is a great way to interact with your community, get service hours, and also... free food! You can also stay connected with DVN for any future volunteer opportunities. Responsibilities will include set-up, tear-down, food distribution, and assisting with yard games or vendor booths. We do have a weather contingency plan which will be updated as the event comes.
