Summary:

Event Times: AM Shift: 8am-12pm PM Shift: 11am-3pm (Volunteers can opt to stay for the entire event!) We will need volunteers for all of the following roles and responsibilities to support a fun and interactive environment for players and familys: Navigation Assistants: These volunteers will help families locate the court their players will be participating on and to find seating before the game. Additionally, they will help navigate participants to restrooms, vending, and concessions to create an organized and orderly environment. Scoreboard Technicians: We would love to have volunteers coordinate the scoreboards for all of the games to keep families and teams informed during the game. Registration Assistants: These volunteers will check-in all of the team-mates and coaching staff and direct them to the appropriate courts for their games. Referees: Be the shot caller! We will have various age groups competing with regulations they must follow during the game and the expectations of good sportsmanship and player conduct. Regulations for each age group will be provided in addition to an overview and tour of the courts before the event begins. Please RSVP for any of these roles by 8pm on Thursday, March 19, 2020.
