BOO! Want to dress up for Halloween? How about handing out candy for 3,000 ghouls and goblins? The Indiana State Fairgrounds hosts an annual indoor trick-or-treat event. The Indianapolis Public Library and other community organizations pass out treats. We'd love your help on October 31 in this fun and energetic environment from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Family-friendly costumes are encouraged! (Minimum age with an adult is 10.)
